Processing & Shipping Times:
Please allow up to 2 weeks for your order to be prepared and shipped out to you. More than likely, it will be on its way to you sooner than that unless its made to order/custom, in which those could take longer than 2 weeks! After it is shipped out, it is no longer in my control. USPS has been experiencing a lot of delays, so please be patient! All of my orders are shipped with tracking and that number will be sent to the email address you provided at checkout.
Returns & Exchanges:
All sales are final. Exchanges will be given out if your item gets to you damaged/lost/faulty (with photos for proof). Please contact us with any concerns that you have, or just any general questions.
Other:
Keep in mind that products might vary in colour depending on if multicolor yarn is used. That will always be listed in the product description so please be mindful of variations! Products are made in a kitty friendly home so be aware of allergies in regards to you, others in your home, or if you are purchasing as gifts. (:
